There are a few reasons as to why your account may appear as inactive on the app.
- You failed the background check
- You failed the ID check.
- Incorrect personal information such as your date of birth or name.
- A profile photo or bio that is not a true likeness, is not of you, or is blank.
- Repeatedly rejecting requests or failing to at least to respond when they come in.
- Cancelling a confirmed sit on a parent may also result in account deactivation.
